DUI Consequences: 3rd DUI

What happens on a 3rd DUI conviction? If this is your 3rd DUI conviction in 5 years, you are declared a habitual violator and you lose your license for 5 years, with no possibility of a limited permit for at least 2 years.
As for sentencing, if this is the 3rd DUI in 10 years, the MINIMUM sentence, regardless of whether your DUI was in Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Fulton or Forsyth, is:

$1000 fine (max is $5000!)
12 months probation;
15 days in jail;
30 days community service;
Alcohol evaluation and treatment;
Risk Reduction (DUI School);
Tag forfeiture on cars titled in your name;
